Absorption: Dissolves over approximately 30 to 45 days as the sinus heals.

SINUVA Sinus Implant:

Design: delivers 1,350 µg of mometasone furoate over 90 days.
Absorption: Softens and dissolves over time, typically removed by day 90 or earlier at the physician’s discretion.

Both implants are Inserted in a non-surgical, in-office procedure under local anesthesia.
